Thomas Younghans

Vice President/Administrator

Holds Masters’ degrees in Social Work and Business Administration, and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Mr. Younghans diverse health care background spans over 25 years and includes leadership positions in long term care, acute care, managed care and home care.

MaryEllen Peck, MSW

Director of Admissions

Ms. Peck has been in the Admissions and Healthcare field for over 23 years. She holds a Masters Degree in Social Work and a B.A. in Business Administration.

Anthony S. DiMaria, MD

Vice President and Medical Director

Has worked at Trump Pavilion and Jamaica Hospital for over 36 years and is a member of the Board of Trustees of Jamaica Hospital Medical Center. He is very active in the daily medical care of the residents of Trump Pavilion and serves on various committees within Jamaica Hospital. Dr. DiMaria served as an attending physician in the community for over 20 years.

Noreen Bock, LCSW

Director of Social Work

Holds a masters degree in Social work and is a licensed clinical Social worker. Ms Bock has over 25 years experience in the field of Long term Care.

Angela Czarnecki

Assistant Administrator and Director of Security and Hospitality Services

Has worked at Trump Pavilion and Jamaica Hospital for over 30 years. She held various positions within the organization in administration, admissions, medical records, human resources, security and hospitality services before being appointed Assistant Administrator in 2009.

Nelly Katan

MS, RD, CDN, CNSC, CDE Clinical Nutrition Manager

Is a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s Degree in Nutrition Education. Nelly is also a Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist (CDN) in the state of New York, Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC) and Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE).

Kimberly Lee

Physical Therapy Supervisor

Has been a Registered Physical Therapist since 1997 with over 18 years of clinical experience and holds a Master of Science in Orthopedic Physical Therapy.

Willie Graham

Director of Recreation Therapy

Holds a B.A in Sociology/ Creative Arts. He has worked in the field of recreational therapy for over 30 years. Mr. Graham is a member of NYSRPS.

Ilene Wood

OTR-L, Rehab Coordinator

During her career as an Occupational Therapist, Ilene has worked with a broad range of client populations (orthopedic, neurological, geriatric, pediatric) and has developed a diverse clinical skill set. She also takes a special interest in strokes rehab and incorporating interdisciplinary collaboration into her work.

Aspasia Dourakis


Chief Speech-Language Pathologist
has been the Speech-Language Pathologist at Trump Pavilion for over 11 years. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from New York University and a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Queens College. Ms. Dourakis’ expertise is in dysphagia, aphasia, dysarthria, apraxia, fluency, voice disorders and cognitive linguistic deficits.
